Band: FOG
Location:
Status:
A later incarnation of "Fear of God" (the band felt a name change was in order due to the passing of band leader Dawn Crosby), FOG play a mixture of black and death metal. Without Dawn's very unique vocal style, the material didn't seem quite as interesting. FOG attempts to capture the unique sound of "Fear of God" and combine it with a traditional black metal sound. Not being a fan of black metal, it only works to a certain degree for me. Perhaps those who are into black metal would enjoy it more.
