Bizarro Progressive Thrash Metal. It's a mouthful, isn't it? And that's only the half of it. Biomechanical are an absolutely amazing band, and what's more, they've got one of the strongest vocalists I have ever heard. It's strange to pinpoint exactly where John K gets his unique vocal stylings from. There's a bit of Geoff Tate, maybe a bit of Sanctuary-era Warrel Dane, hell, there's maybe even a bit of Hansi Kursch and Devin Townsend in there. He's an absolute maniac, and it only serves to strengthen the bands character.

In 2007 John tried to wrest control of the band from the others, a move that resulted in a physical assault and the departure of the rest of the members. A new line-up appeared shortly afterwards.
