Band: Frantic Bleep

Frantic Bleep combine progressive, goth, death, and black metal and throw in the occassional technical metal jam (think Spiral Architect). The vocals switch between melodic clean vocals, black metal shrieks, and death metal growls. While I definitely appreciate the technical moments, they are too few and seem to be out of place with the more straightforward material prevalent throughout their demo. Man times they seem to disrupt the flow of the song because they are placed in seemingly inappropriate places. I think this is a band with a lot of potential, but they need to either learn how better to work their technical passages into their material or just go at it full throttle. I make it sound like they are bad, which they most certainly are not. I just feel there is a lot more potential which has yet to be realized (understandable considering they have only 1 demo out).
