Ballurio is an exceptional guitar player who recorded one new age/rock CD back in the 80s then disappeared. After a lengthy hiatus, he reappeared, recorded two instrumental prog metal discs, which are excellent, then disappeared again.
It seems that he's moved into selling custom-built guitars (if you remove the Ballurio.html from the homepage, you'll see), so it's doubtful that he intends to continue recording.
