Band: Psychotic Waltz

Damn this band is hard to describe, except to say they are awesome. The music is very progressive, though not in a Dream Theater sort of way. Maybe a good description would be to take an American power metal band, combine them with some stoner metal (just a little), and throw in some technical metal. Then sprinkle in a few scoops of weird to top off the recipe. Seriously, this is a must hear; especially the first 2 CDs. Sadly, they disbanded several years ago (the last 2 releases are a bunch of demo and live stuff released after the band was no more).
