Comprised of ex-members of Bay-Area death metal acts Exhumed, Matricide, Inhumation and Infanticide, Impaled plays brutal death metal with a touch of grindcore. The use of several vocalists works very well and they got some really good riffing to back it all up with. The blatant Carcass inspiration/worship is perhaps a turn off for some but this is great brutal and catchy death metal none the less.
