In their early days, Behold... the Arctopus released two songs on mp3.com called "We Need a Drummer" and "We Still Need a Drummer", with programmed drums backing up some insane guitar and warr guitar playing. After a while, they recruited a drummer and re-recorded those two songs for their debut demo (which was re-released as an EP). Since then, they have continued to record crazy, disjointed, tech metal that is sometimes so over-the-top that even I can't keep up.
Also of note is Colin Marston, who took the vacant bass player spot in Dysrhythmia.
