Armoured angel were an Australian death/thrash band in the late eightites/early nineties. The band is most notable for starting the australian Metal For The Brain festival, where Joel Green from Armoured Angel started a festival to raise money for his good friend Alec Hurle, who suffered brain damage and quadraplegia from a brawl outside a nightclub. One of the very best extreme bands to have ever come out of Australia, a must hear for metal fans.
