Band: Hellion

Location:
Status:

Hellion formed in the early 80s with a sound fairly typical for the US west coast at the time. The band is probably best known as one of the few of the period to feature a female vocalist and has never really risen above a cult level. At times their early-80s metal sound has teetered on the brink of bland, shout-it-out glam but somehow despite most of the albums released since the mid-90s being live or compilations, Boleyn has managed to keep the band active until the present. Boleyn was also the founder of New Renaissance Records.
