Band: Co_Conspirator

Co_Conspirator began an instrumental trio who play technical metal with some fusion touches. Think Canvas Solaris meets Actual Time, if you're familiar with those bands. I was quite pleasantly surprised by the material on the demo, which not only shows great promise but establishes the band quite well in the genre. Fans of technical instrumental music should enjoy it.

After the demo, they added a vocalist who sings/growls/screams in a metalcore-ish style.  The metalcore influences aren't as prominent in the music, which is still fantastic technical metal, but they do show up from time to time.  I thought the vocals would distract me, but I'm pleasantly surprised at how well they fit with the music.
