Experimental Post/ Indie prog rock with some jazz, and classical music influences. They started out as a three-piece instrumental group in 2001. Their first album(i want to tell...) was pure instrumental genious and in their second album (jaws that...) they added vocals perfectly fiting the music.

"At first they began by working off the inspiration found in literature and the visual arts, writing the musical score of thought and emotion, but as the group developed they began incorporating their own collective stories and images. Vocals were introduced as well as an assortment of horns, woodwinds and electronics leaving the group halfway between classical and contemporary. A key factor in their compositions became their ridged and precise song structures which allowed for quick and intricate switches, sometimes melodic and subliminal while at other times purposefully jarring." From their website.
