Marty Friedman is best known for being the longest-running lead guitarist in Megadeth. But before that, he was in a shred-metal duo with Jason Becker called Cacophony. And he has also had a successful solo career, releasing albums both during his tenure in Megadeth and after.
I have not heard any of these albums, but they are purportedly good shred albums. The lineup information was hard to come by, so it may not be 100% correct.
