Band: Fate

Apparently at odds with Mercyful Fate's musical direction and King Diamond's obsession with the occult, Hank Sherman formed this band in the mid-80s to play melodic hard rock. Sherman himself left after the second album and Fate than plunged into horrible party metal territory before finally splitting up. The band has since reformed.
