Band: Heaven
Location:
Status:
Heaven began as a hard boogie band like early AC/DC but after the first album the group's sound developed into a style similar to Judas Priest, particularly on Knocking on Heaven's Door. After this, the band drifted apart but Fryer kept the name alive throughout the 90s playing small clubs dates in the south and east US. In 2001, most of the original line-up reformed to play some Australian shows with Judas Priest but despite some talk of further recordings nothing further has eventuated.
Bradford Kelly, the designer of the Jackson Kelly guitar, died in 2004.
