The forming of this band is not unique by any means. What is aboaut Access Beyond is their music. Some of the band members had left other bands as they were shutting down. Janne, Jusse, and Antti had already played together before. They soon asked Jani and Matti whom they already knew to join the band. Andy was practicing with the band he was in at the time at the same place Access Beyond was and would at times sing some of their songs.
Because of an accident to another member in Andy's band "Hollow Ground" they were unable to play at a band-fest.
They all agreed it would be best if Access Beyond would play with Andy singing the vocals. And the rest is history.
