Formed in 2001 after the demise of Doctor Weird (which was basically the same band with a different singer), Cloudscape is a new melodic prog metal band from Sweden that sits somewhere between Threshold, Dream Theater and Evergrey. Their vocalist sounds like J.Lande sometimes but with an even deeper voice. Nothing extraordinary or innovative but an interesting listen with very well done and produced music.
