Frozen plays a style of metal that play a combination of power metal, melodic prog, and melodic death metal. I can't think of any band that sounds like them, but they don't sound unfamiliar either. The closest comparison I can think of is Biomechanical, but Frozen are less bombastic and less frenzied. Maybe if you split the difference between Biomechanical and Dream Theater you'd get close.
