Ariadna Project started as a project in 1999 between Rodrigo Gudiña and Guillermo D'Medio. They have enjoyed a very successful career since their beginning. In late 2000 the song "Las Sombras Quedaran Atras" was chosen to be included in the first work as a soloist of Adrian Barilari (Rata Blanca). AP plays melodic power metal with excellent use of the keyboards and notable hard rock and progressive metal influences.
