Exercitus started life as a solo project under a different name in 1997, however it wasn't until 2001 that any material was released (the now unavailable "Chagrin" demo). Through numerous setbacks and line-up changes Exercitus exists in the form that now stands today. Exercitus is currently putting the finishing touches to its debut album and associated EP.
