Band: Dark Haven

Dark Haven hails from Temecula, California, but if you had not read that, you'd think they are from Sweden.  This is because their brand of Melodic Death Metal is quite akin to Arch Enemy, In Flames, and Dark Tranquility.  These talented musicians whose stylistic evolution lead them to darker, and more aggressive brands of Metal, are the result of many local experiments which has resonated quite sucessfully with amassing a strong fan following in the Southern California region and spreading in all directions.  Although they are as yet not signed with a label, their self-produced EP has essentially thrown the gauntlet for any label that has enough guts to take on these Metal giants-to be.  And when they do take the world by storm, I'll be here to say "I told you so"!
