DREAD are a stoner rock/doom band from Melbourne, Australia - the band formed in 1995, and is driven by only remaining original member Jay. Notable vocalist's include Jason Vasallo (Christbait) and Bucky (Beanflipper.) After Vasallo departed in 2003, the band took a three year hiatus, returning to the live scene mid 2006 with a new vocalist Pablo. DREAD's debut self-titled album will be out November 2007.
