Being from Rochester, I suppose it isn't surprising that Psyopus play insanely spastic hardcore/grindcore. They probably have more in common with Lethargy, style-wise, of all the Rochester bands. Psyopus is probably what Lethargy would've sounded like if all the members had A.D.D.
