Created in 1999 by Joel Grind, this one man black/thrash metal act sought out to create fast and evil metal. With a handfull of EPs and demos, a full length CD called EVIL NEVER DIES was released in 2003 . As of 2008, the guy known as TOXIC HOLOCAUST can be found residing on Relapse Records.
