Xystus is a Dutch Symphonic Progressive Power Metal band that was founded in 1999 by Ivo van Dijk and Bas Dolmans. Their first couple of releases are a bit generic but very well done, while Equilibrio is an outstanding Metal Opera, that doesn't sound like Power-Metal-with-an-orchestra-in-the-background, but rather a seemlesly integrated concept, both lyrically and musically.
