At first, Fictional Prison struck me as a rather run-of-the-mill power metal band, almost a Sanctuary clone, but the more I listen to them, the more I hear the progressive influences and variety in their music. Still, Sanctuary is a good point of reference, as the vocalist is very Dane-esque in his approach.
There were talks of a follow-up CD, but then the band disappeared. If anyone knows more, let me know.
