Although Onward released a couple of above average melodic power metal records, they just didn't have that much success. Clearly, one of the highlights of the band (and probably the best one) was Toby Knapp who you may remember as one of the virtuosos on the Shrapnel label in early 90's. Their first album had crappy production and if you're thinking of picking up one of their albums, get Reawaken.
Onward broke up in 2003, but Knapp reformed the band mid-2007.
