Band: Acrophet

Location:
Status:
Formed by drummer Mooney in 1986, their music was mainly Speedcore mixed with Thrash elements, more prominents in their second album. Not terribly original, still technically competent, keeping in mind that the average member age here was 17. Their style, IMO, ressembles that of Nuclear Assault more than anything. Following the release of their second album, guitarrist Rob Anthony joined the band and after touring they started writing material for a third album that was never recorded. They split up in 1993. After this, Anthony and Baumann will form SoulCity, which would later evolve into the Rob Anthony Band.
