Band: I Killed the Prom Queen

IKTPQ began as a standard hardcore band before gradually shifting into generic metalcore territory. They were a rising act when they changed singers, bringing in Briton Ed Butcher for the Fredrik Nordstrom-produced Music for the Recently Deceased which pushed them to the brink of major success but when Butcher left (citing homesickness!) and Weinhofen was offered another gig, the band split.
