Here's an italian band that doesn't sound like a Dream Theater clone! Adramelch was formed in 1986 and released their first album a couple of years later and then, dissapeared without a trace. This album, that reminds me of Fates Warning's Awaken the Guardian/ No Exit era, has had a cult following for many years despite having a really poor production and being nearly impossible to find, mainly due to its excellent songwriting and musicianship. Now, 17 years later, the band is back with a new line up and a new album (which I have yet to hear) that has received excellent reviews. Let's hope we don't have to wait 17 years more for the next one...
