Monument combine thrash, American power, and Pantera-style heavy metal to good effect. The vocalist ranges from a gruff voice to a cleaner almost talking voice. At times they remind me of Manifest Destiny, another band from Oklahoma City, but they by no means sound identical. Being the thrash junky I am, I'm quite enjoying what I've heard so far.
