Opinions:
Beanflipper were one of the most high-profile practitioners of cross-over metal in the early to mid 90s in Melbourne, Australia.
Beanflipper took an indefinate hiatus at the end of 1999, and reformed in 2005 for a bout of gigs in Melbourne; the May 12th gig at the Arthouse was announced as the last ever.
Although the Beanflipper have retired, all of the members are active in other bands.
